FAQs
1. How much space will I need?
This is totally dependent on how many holes you want to hire. We can work with you to make the course fit (almost) any space.
2. How long does it take to set up?
Typically, it takes 3-4 hours to set up a 9-hole course with decorations and lighting.
3. How long does it take to break down?
Typically, it takes 2-3 hours to break down a 9-hole course.
4. What’s the minimum/maximum number of holes I can hire?
You can have as many holes as you wish! We have 10 holes for you to choose from.
5. How many people can play the course and how long does it take to complete 9-holes?
For the best experience, we recommend no more than 6 people on any hole at the same time. Time is totally dependent on ability, but we expect the course to take 20 - 35 mins to complete per group. Maximum capacity would be approximately 120 people per hour, based on 6 per group on a 9 hole course.
6. Can the course be used outside?
Our course can withstand some rain, but it is not designed to be left outside for long periods. Ideally the course would be inside, but for certain short outdoor events in the Summer we can make it work. We do need a flat surface for the course to lay on.
7. Does it come with a marquee/cover and flooring if my event is outside?
If required, marquee hire will be an additional cost. You are welcome to hire cover and flooring yourself, and we can work closely with you to ensure it is optimal for your bespoke course set up.
8. Does the course come with balls and clubs?
Yes! We supply a range of colourful balls and clubs to suit all heights.
9. Do I need an electric source?
It’s not essential, but we strongly recommend having access to electrics to maximise the Ballers experience. Our lighting includes festoon decorations, as well as perimeter and hole lighting built into the course.
10. I’m sold! What’s the next step?
